adjusting how much the windows dip

Sorry guys for those who have read this similar post on the cabrio forum, but i didn't seem to get any answers :P

I was wondering if there is a way to adjust how much the windows dip,(perhaps from inside the door panel) when i open the door.
For some stupid reason, my driver side window always hits the side of my top when i close the door, it doesn't "dip enough" =__=

You need to remove the inner door panel and access the cog like screws that hold the window to the regulator. Once loose, you can reposition the window as needed.

I'm currently writing a how-to book for the MINI Cooper and this is one of the projects that it will cover..
