Timing chain rattle cured or not?

You need the timing chain, chain tensioner and everything that goes with that such as the guides and what not. Just the chain tensioner replacement didn't work for me.

I had gears, chain and tensioner. Seems OK

first fix failed. Dealer had to replace engine , so far so good. new rails ,udated tensioner etc on the new motor. 2007 s

Was your first fix just the timing chain or all the components listed in SIM110207?
