I know this is probably the most nit-picky question ever asked on this site but.... Anyone else ever had this issue? Is there someplace I can get a replacement sticker or would I be stuck having to buy a whole new key?

When you find the cost of a new key, living with the current key will be easy!!
One option is to buy an e-bay blank...take it appart, and transfer you key's guts to the new one, including the key portion. Simple, pretty easy, and no reprogramming needed if you are handy and adventurous!
