Finding Vac / Boost leak

Ok, so I did the old hose to the hear trick to narrow down this nagging leak, it seems to be coming from under the IC. Now is it possible to run the car with the IC off(pressure drop etc...??) to pinpoint it? Also I understand that my injector o rings can be leaking, is this possible to create a hissing leak only under boost, especially if they have never been removed????

Are there any other things under the IC that can create this hissing/fluttering only when I drive it, so Im assuming its vac or boost related.

thanks for the help.
