strange sound

strange sound
HI can anyone help with a strange sound that i get.
when driving the car at say 3000 revs i get a sound that i can only describe as blowing over the top of a milk bottle.
My car is a 04 cooper s i have no fault codes and my car 16.8 psi and no air leaks.
Its not a cai whistle and its not a window leak whistle or belt
My mods are 17% pulley/ bpv /header /exhaust/ jcw cai /380 injectors /
colder plugs/
md map/ grs intercooler /quaife diff/powerflex bushes.
