handful of codes, advice!

I recently had a p0171 code thrown after installing the DT BPV. I concluded that it is not related to that at all. I had a unwounded cylinder 2 spark plug which had sent the car into limp mode a few times. I fixed it and the spark plug has been in place for 5,000 miles. I now realized i have a p0302 code cyl 2 misfire. I think the lean code and this go hand in hand. Any advice?

List of codes
P0171 Bank 1- too Lean
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire
P1229
P0123 Throttle petal sensor high input
P0222 Throttle petal low input

Any advice???? This is really becoming a headache. I dont let the car boost because im scared it'll hurt the engine.

Im thinking of checking the injector on cylinder 2, hoping that will do the job.

well without anyones help i found the problem to be a crack on the supercharger intake inlet tube. The stupid plastic is very cheap. Changed that and the car runs great 30mpg even with all the mods. If someone has the same problem, the fix is the tube. Just spray broke cleaner under the bpv and under the intercooler, if the idle changes, you have a leak.
