My SES light dinged on.. I went to my local Autozone to get a code reader. The code its throwing is P0136 Heated Oxygen Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 2. I'm getting really poor gas mileage (14ish MPG) and blowing a very little black smoke under heavy acceleration but the car still feels good under acceleration. If anyone has any info on this please let me know. I'm currently out of warranty on my mini not sure if the emissions is covered under a separate warranty.

 

the o2 sensor warranty had been extended on all R50, R52 and R53 to 10yr or 100,000 miles
