Help! Front brake line blew and oem part not available

I'm stuck in a town on a cross-country trip and the front brake line blew. no shop anywhere nearby stocks the MINI part (no surprise). Anyone have any ideas for another more common brake line i could use as a temporary solution?? all help appreciated.

If the push comes to the shove you could always use your emergency brake to get you to where you're going or to a dealer.

Autozone and O'Reilly's carry them. If they are in your area might be worth a try. Good luck.

If it is the flex line that blew you could clamp off the hose, blreed the three remaining and drive almost normally to civilisation.

Just curious here, but how did you blow a brake line? Heat failure from mountain driving? Just a rare weak OEM brakeline?

please don't do that if you have a clutch. The brake and clutch use the same system and you don't need to risk more damage. Plus the E-brake would not be a safe way to go.
