Dent on hood :(

Well a "friend" sat on my hood and made a small dent with his *** those anyone know a quick or cheap way to fix it, another friend told me to heat the dent, and then use compressed air to cool it really fast and that it will get fixed, but i'm not sure if that will work, any tips please?
The dent is in the passenger side kindof in the middle above the scoop
Thanks
(sorry for bad english not my language xD)

You might be able to remove the hood liner and pop the dent from behind.

You should see some plastic screw holding it it. Just take those off and it comes right off. To get it back on just do the reverse.

I don't know if they have "paintless dent removal" companies in your city. Even my MINI dealer offers the service. They typically pop out a dent like this using special tools, heating and cooling and charge less than $100. I'd talk to your dealer. I have had a number of door dings removed in less than an hour and you could not see where they were.

I'd take it to a paintless dent repair shop. They often work on insurance jobs like hail damage, so if you offer cash you may get a slightly better rate. This doesn't sound like a very difficult dent to get out for someone with experience. Talk to your "friend" and offer to split the cost with them - they learn a lesson and you get the dent out cheap.

I have pulled them using a plunger on flat areas. Works on fist sized dents (had a car get hit by a baseball). I applied a several coats of wax prior to the plunger to protect the paint. YMMV.
