dsc light is on

I just finished putting a new dme in my 05 cooper s. Before the car broke down the dsc light was on. This morning it hestaited to start. And light is on and won't go off.

Also, the ac is blowing hot air. It also throwing p code 0646 a/c clutch relay control circut. Any idea what that is and where. The a/c was working just fine before the dsc light turned on.

At a minimum sounds like a problem with the AC compressor.

This happen when i was driving and i almost redlined it. The a/c was working fine but when dsc light came on it was blowing hot air. It also happen before dme went out.
