Bought an extended warranty with Prolong Plus and they sent me an Air Conditioning Additive. The instruction is to spray this on the Intake Vents but I don't have an idea where it is. Called their Tech support and they said that they are not familiar with the Cooper and wanted me to take it to the dealer.

Their instructions says it is normally found under the windshield by the cowl areas or directly in the passage floorboard area. I don't have an idea what is the cowl /passage floorboard area/

Would appreicate if somebody could let me know where to find this "Intake Vents/Air Vents Inlets".
