Anyone see the new JD Power Survey? I haven't seen it, but I think it is the intial quality survey (first 90 days of ownership)... apparently Mini got a pretty poor rating with 165 problems per 100 vehicles...

Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that averaging 1.65 problems PER vehicle is not a good statistic... makes you wonder if Mini is now the red-headed stepchild of BMW...

As for me... I'm headed on my way back to the dealership as well... the bright side is I just took the car for a nice spin on Santiago Canyon (for SoCal people) last night and had a blast!!! I'm still weighing the fun factor vs. the pita factor...
