Once again I need to replace the thermostat in my 2006 Mini Cooper S. Does anyone know of a vendor who sells the gaskets only? I know I have seen them in catalogs before and I just can't remember which one.

sucks dosen't it. Even my mechanic cannot find it by itself I even tried at the Chrysler dealer. Mini wants $30.+ for a replacement. You can go to a regular parts store and get them for about $15. I was actually going to be doing that today Remember, you get the t-stat and the gasket. I only need the gasket as I am upgrading to the M7 t-stat that dosen't come with a gasket
