Driver's side window problem

Has anyone encountered this problem? My driver's side window will go back down about halfway when you try to put it up after it's been down. After a few tries it will finally stay up. I am betting on an ECU problem- since it is the root of all problems on almost any car now.
Thanks for any suggestions

Yep, happened to me as well. I had to take it in. I know they reflashed it and I think they may have also replaced another part in order to fix it.

My theory was that when it gets to the top and tries to seal it sets off the pinch sensor, sending it back down.

While I was waiting to get it fixed, I would just flick the button up (auto-up would kick in) and then flick it one more time once it was at the very top to stop it. Catch it at the right moment and the window will still seal at least.
