I have an 03 MC CVT....My accleerator has a pretty mean vibraton coming from the pedal..The vibration is pretty constant under torque or not (downhill)...What can i do to stop it..it is very annoying ..Do i need to replace the whole assy or is there some rubber part that wore out or?...Help...

try to eliminate things like have wheel balance checked ; look real good at tires to be sure there are no bubbles on sides or split chords ; then try going to nuetral to see if it's coming from cv's and not powertrain . put in clutch . try different things to see if you can narrow it down .

Accelerator pedal vibration

Well I have been trying to eliminate it...I don't think it is tire balance and it goes away when i rev it in neutral...It is a very fine vibration and very annoying...I might have to go to the dealer and see if they can check the whole accelerator unit...I think it is coming from the post behind the pedal and not at the base..Any more ideas ?....

so in neutral no vibes? when going down road vibes? if you depress clutch while going down road and rev?...... it sounds like u eliminated the engine as the culprit , and since the throttle is electric and not cable or rod there's none there from engine , sooooo my guess is tranny to rest of power train like output shaft or inner cv or outer cv or lower control arm bushing .

Acellerator Vibration

Yes going down the road is when it Vibs...In neutral no vibs..Remember i have a CVT trans not a 6 speed...The Vibration comes and goes which makes it difficult to diagnose..I am going to find out if its the addelerator post or at the base of the pedal..I am still trying to find out what it is..thanks all....
