Steering rack clunk, PS hose leak, dip stick leak!
I posted a thread a while back about a clunking issue I had when going over bumps. I checked all the usual places (tie rods, control arms, strut mounts, etc) and found nothing. I finally gave in and took it to the dealer.
Old Thread:

Seems the clunking is coming internally from the steering rack. My SA said that it wasn't leaking and that there is no harm in driving it the way it is until the rack needs to be replaced because of a leak or it goes out. He also found a small leak in the power steering hose and a small leak in the o-ring by the dipstick (I guess the whole front clip has to be removed for this fix).
What are my options for the steering rack? Do I just drive it and look for a replacement in the meantime?
How easy are the power steering hoses to find and replace? This is for an '03 R53.

I found the steering rack pretty cheap at LKQ but can anyone confirm the part # for me? My MCS is an '03. Are the MC and MCS racks the same?
Part # 32136770661
What does replacing the rack involve? I'm pretty mechanically inclined but i don't want to drop the trans or pull the motor if that is what is required.
