Sun Roof Squeaks?

My 07 MCS has a terrible habit of rattling when the sun roof is open. I don't know if I just need to clean it because it kind of dirty, but it is almost like something is loose when the window is open. I was wondering if I just need to get some graphite and spray it into the parts that are moving?
