The black plastic fender flare is coming off, the middle clip looks broken. The black plastic piece sags just a little bit. It doesn't look that bad, but I'm real picky with my car and noticed.

Does anyone have the part number for that piece and possibly a how to?

11 and 12 go together and you need on set on each side, and 3 of the #10's for each side. Most dealers stock them cost less then $10 for the whole set. Check out realoem.com for details on the rears.
