looks like you need a new disk from the dealer.

 

i say bad cable...
i would think a bad disc would just get you a MINI logo or the orange warning, like when i misburned a copy of my disc to test.

try to narrow down the conditions.. ie.. bumps in the road, left/right turn, etc. Unless it's just a bad screen
