Has anyone replaced the Mini Wings emblem on the liftback -03 Cooper. The paint on mine has all but disapeared. Just wondered if it is adhesive backed or if there are studs that go through holes in the liftback - what involved in replacing it.

 

There is double faced tape plus 2 centering pins on the emblem. The car has 2 holes that the pins sit in. Fishing line or dental floss will cut the emblem from the car.

Is your emblem painted or chromed with black MINI center emblem ?

If its the center emblem, you can cover that up with one of these rubberized 3D domed decals form aesthetic creations....
