"Groaning" in low speed turns?

I've noticed there seems to be a "groaning" noise when I make sharp low speed turns, like in parking lots... It doesn't seem to be directly associated with turning the wheel - sometimes it makes the noise while I'm holding the wheel steady through the middle of the turn. I cannot reproduce the noise by turning the wheel while stationary; it only happens while moving. Not sure if this is just a normal noise having something to do with the different speeds of each drive wheel and the LSD, or if it's a PS issue I should have looked at. Any thoughts?

There is a MINI TSB on that very issue. It is the LSD making the noise. The TSB is for a change to a different spec of tranny fluid. I had the TSB preformed on my car & the moaning went away.
