Dead Mini

Sorry for the header but trying to get help right away. I go sit in my mini. Turn the key and click nothing. So I open the door and the drivers side window begins clicking. Close the door and it stops. So I reset the ECU. Open door all is good, thing I turn the key and leave in the run position for a minute then depress the clutch and turn the key and click nothing and the car begins clicking again. Heard relay 1 clicking took it out and put it back in place now it doesn't click anymore I am very confused. I don't have the money right now to have it towed to mini and have a 5 or 600 dollar repair bill please help.

Check the connection at the positive jump start post under the hood. If tight, take it apart and clean it before putting it back together.

I'd look at the battery first too. How old is your MINI, assuming it is the original battery. I replaced mine at 5 years just because I don't like the thought of it just dying one day.
