Front end squeak

Front end squeak
While turning into parking places I have noticed a slight squeak coming from the front end. Dealer wants to charge close to $800.00 to change some bushings. I've had bad feelings about the dealer since they billed me $50.00 to change a burned brake light. Anybody know about this particular squeak, and if it is necessary to have the dealer once again dip into my wallet?
