Anyone have a "How to install an 02 Sensor" on a MC ?

I've never changed out the O2 sensors on a MINI, but I've had several of them up on lifts while changing out exhaust systems, and it appears that you have great access to the O2 sensors from under the car, so it should just be a matter of taking out the old and putting in the new.
