About a month ago I had the Ipod adapter installed in my car. Since then there has been a rattle coming from the insert where the adapter sits inside the dash.
I had the car at the dealer to "fix" this problem and it came back to me worse than when i dropped it off.
Does anyone know how to remove that insert or how to access whatever hardware attaches it to the dash.
Any help is greatly appreciated, because it is driving me NUTS!!!
