I have a color match question about the Urban floormats

I have a PW/B Clubman S with black fabric sport seats, Interior Chrome, Piano Black/Creamline trim. I have got a lot of compliments on the combo, and am now thinking about adding the Urban Floormats with the Cream White Pinstripes to continue the Black/Cream White theme.

I have looked on line and talked to my dealer's parts department, but no one can tell me if the background color of the mats is actually black or gray?

Has anyone ordered or seen them? Here is a pic from the dealer website. The background looks more gray than black.

I have the Cream Pinstripe Version of these mats in my Clubman and the carpet is indeed black. I will try to post a picture for you in the next day or so...

This is a photo from my passenger side. MA through these mats in since this was my second MINI. I had rubber mats in my first MINI so I was a bit apprehensive about the carpet ones this time. I do like how they look with the Hot Chocolate interior, Cream Lines, and English Oak... I have them in the back seat as well...
