Last year my 2006 mcs (with under 20,000 mile) had the total computer system in it go out. It took over 3 weeks in the service department before they could figure out how to fix it. Was nervous when I got it back and traded it in Nov. 2007 for a 2007 mcs loaded. Now with under 6,000 miles, the nav computer and satellite radio screen have gone out. It has been in the shop since April 29th and today they told me they had to replace some component other than but including the nav computer and they had trouble downloading the programs to it and were to call me back at 9:30 am to let me know if it was fixed. Haven't heard back. Is anyone else having computer problems?
