Airconditioning Question

I had my MCS in to the dealer bodyshop in late Dec., I have had no cause to use the A/C until now. When I push the A/C button the light comes on for about 5 seconds and then blinks 5 times and then stays on, no cold air. The dealer did change the condensor, ( in front of the radiator ). I had no issues with the A/C before the dealer worked on the car. Any info on the blinking would be welcomed.

Thanks

Dave

Did the dealer work on the car? Or just do some body work?

Start with checking the fuses. There are two. One in the interior panel and one in the engine panel. Then go from there. It wouldn't hurt to call the service advisor and ask him what the blinking means. Could be low on refrigerant.

Not that this helps at all but, hey... it might.

Fuses all checked ok, yes the dealer changed the condenser. I just got off the phone with the dealer and I have an appointment for next monday. Most likely it just need a recharge.

Thanks

Dave
