Condensation in fog light/parking light lenses
Condensation in fog light/parking light lenses
i picked up my 08 cooper S on feb 1st with 2 miles on the odometer. i now have 8300 miles on her (i drive a lot) and have been noticing condensation in the fog light/ parking light housings. there is no pattern (after rain or wash etc.)
was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?
dont want to make unscheduled trip #2 to the dealer.

yeah min too, Sept07 built.
I got a light telling me the fog light is burnt out. Moisture will corrode the connectors.
It should totally be covered under warranty unless you cracked it.
I got an appointment for later next week.

I got some minor condensation in my right light, after a repair. It disappeared promptly. The dealer told me it was normal on those lights, since they are not water proof some condensation (light) may appear suddenly but MUST disappear rather quickly; if not they must replace the light.
