Just got my GP back from the dealer yesterday because of a CEL. It was a sensor that went bad. Car was running great. Ran the car that day and filled up late at night at a Shell and went home. Woke up for work and car did not want to idle. It goes crazy as in the motor jumps and wants to die. and puffs smoke.
any ideas? going to take it to the dealer monday.

Um, yea. Puffs of smoke are never good, and NEVER gas . Sounds like a sensor took a crap, or you have some type of issue with engine compression. Is your CEL Flashing?
