Possessed MINI

i havn't found similar threads with the problem i had. i had my mini for 3 days before the door refused to lock and the windows + sunroof opened by itself. i took it back to my dealer and seeing what they can do about it. i have an 07 MCS with no comfort access and no navi. did anybody else have the same problem?

Zoey also is acting very strange, when I get out and lock the car the windows roll down sunroof pops open and the boot unlatches. If I wait a few minutes and lock the car it acts normal. It seems like it is taking longer for the car to power down it's electrical system
