I was scheduled to take delivery of my vehicle today, but my MA called to tell me that the OBC is not functioning. He said that when the button at the end of the stalk is pushed, nothing happens. No scrolling, no going into the menus, nothing.

Just curious if anyone has heard of or seen this problem before and what the fix is. The MA said he spoke to SA who told him that he's never seen this problem before.

All, it took the dealer 3 days to figure this out, but it wasn't the OBC at all. Turns out the button at the end of the stalk was bad.

 

Thanks for the update! That was the first I've heard of a problem with it.

 

The service manager said the same thing. No one is sure how it made it past testing at the factory and the vdc/port.
