Hello,

I've got a 2002 Mini out of warranty that needs some work on the clutch. I'm tired of taking it 2 hours away to the dealership. Does anyone know of a mechanic in the Palm Springs CA area that works on Mini's?

not sure about your area but, if you're driving 2 hours to L.A. to get jammed by the MINI dealer anyway, i would recommend calling danny at minicorsa in van nuys. he will do the work for probably at least 50% off and comb over your car and let you know what you need to look for next and make recommendations. he's quick, honest and professional and he does excellent work. he's a MINI expert and knows his stuff. that's probably not the answer you want but, may help you. if you want to get hold of him just google minicorsa or look in the vendor directory here on NAM. tell him andy sent you.
