I need to vent about my experience about the dealer I bought my car from (Patrick Mini , Schaumburg,Ill.).Is there a person or a customer service dept. that I can call or email about a dealer? I bought a never titled new 06 MCS about a month ago. Come to find out I have no owners manuel and the back cargo hatch was missing (I know that I should of looked the car over) .I called them 4 to 5 times already I just get the run around. They had a used 06 on the lot and I asked if they can just take the items from that car and just reorder. They said no that they cant do that. Heck they did'nt even know that were giving $500 in accessories with a purchase of a car in Dec. I had to show them on their web site. I've bought a lot of cars in the past and never had a problem like this!

So this is a dealer complaint not an MCS complaint?
I would log on to miniusa.com and file your complaint through the website. First though, you may try talking to the dealer principal and not your MA.
