Hello: I drive a MCSCa. Today all the lights on the instruments (speedometer odometer, console lights) stopped working. THe CD player lights up and looks like its playing the CD, but I hear no sound.

Also, when I shut off the car, the brake lights stay on! If I turn the car back on, the brake lights turn back off.

How can I fix this problem?

 

have sunroof???
check to see if you have any water leaking into either kick panel. the passenger side has the Body Control Module(BC1) which controls all the body electronics and on the driver side you have the main connector that has all the wires for the dash. (is a black connectors with about 60 pins)

I figured out the answer! Turns out it was my Icelink->Plus. The funny thing is, the Icelink stopped working for about 2 weeks, but I unplugged it and all the lights were normal again. I plugged it back in and the icelink works again!
