I have my 03 cooper S on order. I like the center exhaust on the S so what I want to know is if any makes a after market center exhaust for the mini yet?

To answer your question.... yes there are some upgrades out there.....
The only one I'm familiar with right off is from MINI Madness...
I'm not sure if it's what your looking for though..... It moves the exhaust out to each side. Daul exhaust link... MINI Madness

There are others either in the works or available.... just having a hard time finding them right now...

Borla Exhaust.....

 

I was talking to Steve at MINI Mania earlier this week. He said their S model, stainless, CAT back exhaust would be ready in about three weeks. Center (stock) position, price approx. $700. I have their exhaust for our Cooper, it is very well built and fit perfectly, sounds nice. Tel. 800 94 MANIA. I am not afiliated with them, just a customer.MINI Mania

Has anyone tried or heard of an aftermarket mufler for the MCS? Brand, model, part number, etc.?? I'm kind of hesitant with going with any muffler out there, due to being worried about screwing up the whole back pressure factor. But don't feel like shelling out the big bucks for the complete exhaust either. Not too crazy about the dual outside setup.
The MCS that Hamann has going, has a different center exit exhaust, with bigger tips as well.

i am waiting for my exhaust system from them for my cooper.

Turner Mini Sport sells the Borla exhaust for the S, about $689. Turner Mini

 

Supersprint is making an exhaust for both the MC and MCS and you can get them from http://www.bmpdesign.com.

Additionall there is the Rogue Engineering exhaust from http://www.rogueengineering.com or sold through a distributor of theirs at http://www.mini-madness.com.

http://www.minimania.com has an S exhaust in the works but they tend to be very high priced for what you get.

turnermotorsports.com sells the borla exhaust for the S

http://www.dinanbmw.com has stuff in the works as we speak...that is all i can say on that for now.

you can also check with helix13.com - they most likely are selling an exhaust as well.

I'm sure there are others as well...johncooper.co.uk will have one, newminisport.com has one in the works.
