Suggestions for body repairs?

I had a rough time last night, and am looking for some suggestions.

I was attacked by a deer, and now I've got a large crack in the window, a mirror with cracked plastic housings (not sure if any wiring damage), and small dings on the quarter panel and door.

Best left to the dealer? Recommended body shop?

I'm away up in Vermont, but am willing to drive as necessary.

I'm right between Albany and Hartford dealers. Anybody out there with good or bad luck with either?

Thanks for any input.

Sorry to hear about that, were you stopped or moving. How big was he. Did he have a rack on him. I would approach the dealer first and talk to them.

Barely moving. We had seen the deer on the side of the road, and were almost past it when it turned.

I wouldn't take a car to a dealer for body work since they will just outsource it to another shop, but I would ask which shop they recommend.
