JCW strut bar bent

JCW strut bar bent
Anyone with the JCW front strut bar have a problem with it bending?
I took mine off tonight to get to the air intake, and noticed a downward bend on the left (drivers) side of the bar. The bend would be in the area where it crosses over the top of the intake and the fuse box.
I don't remember it being bent in that fashion when I installed it.
