I've never replaced anything on my car (Aside from mods).

I have a 2006 (August Build) with about 18,400 on the clock.

I change the oil every 2-3k miles, depending on how the car was driven (On the track, etc). I've changed the fuel filter already (And will be changing it every 15k miles for the life of the car after seeing how dirty it was with just 13k miles on it). All normal maintainence. New brake fluid, etc.

I started getting random misfire issues after I started modding it, but switching the coilpack out seems to have gotten rid of that problem. The friend that gave me his hasn't had any issues yet with mine, so i'm thinking it was just a bad connection the first time .
