unless its actually running down the side of the engine or you see a puddle anywhere I wouldn't worry. If you want to clean that area up, go buy a valve cover gasket and replace the old one. Clean the area prior to installing the new gasket of course.
I did have this issue about 3years ago while still under warranty, been fine ever since.
yesterday i changed engine oil, me and my technician found it. it actually dried. But my technician check the screw, every each one them very tight, we wonder why there is engine leak.. :(
