What a fabulous day for a great, long, twisty drive through the countryside! I hope everyone that came out had a good time - I know Amanda and I did.

It's always a beautiful sight to see a bunch of Minis zooming down roads they were designed to be on, going so fast that rallye placards are flying off left and right... LITERALLY! Lunch with a little vino in the woods was fun with the music and the fire pit on a crisp, gorgeous fall day.

It's what being in the St. Louis MINI Club is all about: Great cars, great roads, great friends, and great times.

Thanks to all that helped organize and to all of those that attended!

(I have a few extra placards if anyone is interested. I would also be happy to send anyone a copy of the route in case you couldn't make it and want to go out motoring solo.)

great job adam, lois, gary and doug! what great roads! really pushed the limits of the d3mon... especially some of those hills! youch! will be taking the mini in for a checkup. i think i may have an alignment issue and a clogged fuel filter - oh the fun of classic mini ownership!

 

Great event! Becky and I had a fun time. Looking forward to the next event.

Hello to ALL! Words truly cannot describe what a great time we had with you all on Saturday! Each member of our family truly enjoyed the whole ride--(except for 7yr. old Alex) when he has his first taste of motion sickness during the first hour or so of the rallye. But all was ok after we stopped in Potossi. What beautiful landscape and fall colors--GREAT TIME!!! We all truly enjoy being in the St. Louis Mini Club and look forward to our next time together. KUDOS to all who were involved in the mapping and planning of this trip. We, me and Robert, want to go back and take on those roads again!

 

Adam, great road, great weather, great friends, life is good when you are a member of the Saint Louis MINI Club. I will get you pictures before we leave for California. The picture of the Police Car is a little fuzzy, but I will leave it in.

Great pics! Looks like an excellent road trip. Wish we could have been there, but we will make it one of these times.
