Hello everyone, Tammy and I are excited about the rally this coming weekend. Can someone be so kind to provide simple directions to the meeting point from Columbia. Sorry to be a bother but thought this would be easier than trying to navigate my way there...thanks and see you all saturday.

Bryan,

From Columbia take I-70 East to Highway 40-take 40 to 270 South-270 South to I-44 East but after you make the cloverleaf immediately get off at Watson Rd exit. Go thru 1 stoplight & Sunset Hills Shopping Center will be on your right-turn right into shopping center & head for Home Depot. Can't miss it. See you on Saturday.

Jan and I will be there in our new cabrio Bee! No dogs this year as Jan has a hard enough time not getting carsick in the Bee without the dogs tossing their cookies in the backseat (like last fall.)

Took the day off work today to get the new MINI! Just so we'd make sure we had it in time for Saturday!

Just wanted to thank Paul for putting on such a great event again. Everyone had a blast. The weather was perfect, again, you have the touch.

What a great day it was The weather was perfect & the MINIs were roaring. People traveled from far & near. It was one of the best rallyes I've been on & I've done many. Thanks again, Paul. You did a tremendous job.
And no, we did NOT freeze our BUNS off It was quite cozy with the top down

Just wanted to thank you Paul and all involved for such a great day yesterday. I had a blast ! And thank you Lois (and you too Gary) for letting me be your co-pilot ! I am still grinning and woo hooing from all the twists, turns and dips (In the road) , and I am more than ever looking forward to my new MCSC (due date first part of December)

I've made it back to Minnesota. I had a wonderful time. The roads were amazing! Thank you so much for all your efforts for this rallye and the club. I appreciate your hard work. I enjoyed seeing everyone again.:smile:

Well, after a full weekend of driving our MINI has been broken in. Getting up this morning for the Chicago club drive was hard. We really had a blast. We are thinking of becoming members of the club and attend an event every once in a while. That's how much fun we had. Looking forawrd to seeing everyone again, maybe spring?

 

WOOOOHOOOO !!!!! WHAT A RIDE !!!!! Paul did another most excellent job of scouting out the twisties that our Mini's long to drive. Thank You Paul!!! Now I can't wait until Spring

 

Thanks a lot guys, that was the best event so far! Well planned and executed. Couldn't beat that scenery as well, especially at lunch. Can't wait till next year.

 

Kudos to Paul for putting together a most brilliant event, this one will be hard to excede!!! Thanks to Aaron too, for a great job running the club!!!
