Good Afternoon all. Just wanted to let you all know that some lady in a 2000 Ford Expedition messed up my car this morning. I was lucky enough to have had a good semaritan catch the make, model and plates. The police gave me the year. The license plate is a Missouri plate with the number 3BX 842. In the off chance that any of you see this vehicle, please call the St. Louis Metropoliton Police Department and explain the situation and location of the vehicle.

whats the damage look like on the car?

 

$2100 according to the Auto Haus Collision center. Essentially though, all that really needs replacing is the hood, the plastic panel that surrounds the wheel well, and the plastic wheel well lining. It'll take 4 days to fix. I was gonna post pics, but I'm not even worried about that. I'll put some up when I get it back. Also, I'm curious to see how this shop does. I had a relationship with a great body shop in Webster, but Progressive (Insurance) wanted me to go where I did.

 

I had a great time with the body show. Allstate on the other hand, yeah no so much.

I got rear ended by some girl when I was at a stop light waiting to turn right. Her SUV thought I should go. The truck coming down the road said no no. Well, it punched a hole in the bumper, and bent a panel next to the hatch. Allstate didn't want to pay, but the shop made sure they did.

And when i picked up my car, the very nice lady who helped me, got out on and scrubbed all the black plastic with special pollish. It looked great! And it was very funny to see a lady in a buiness suit scrubbing my MINI. Made me think of that song by that girl. =P
