cars & coffee
does anyone here go to cars & coffee at ford PAG in irvine? i've been looking at the weekly photos and it looks SPECTACULAR, but i dunno any details about it. i think i'm gonna go next saturday. i roughly know where PAG is, just wondering if anyone here goes and knows the real deal, ie is it free admission/parking, directions, etc.
Free Parking, but get there early - if you have an exotic in your garage you will be parking with others of the same make
If you drive the Mini there, best to park off to one side....
Worth going just to drool over some of the hardware on display there.

It is roughly across the street from The Spectrum shopping center in Irvine. I sometimes go since there are a lot of neat cars to see. Some real unique too.
I think PAG = Premier Auto Group - associated with Ford and Mazda. Heading south on 5, exit Alton, go over the overpass, and it's to your right.
Here are a few recent sightings. Of course, tons of ferraris, lambos, porsche and other exotics. So many, no sense even taking pictures. I also like the bikes - Buel, Duc, Aprilia, etc.

It's a nice, FREE event. They have a table set up where you can get coffee and a light breakfast. You can either park in the display area, or out in the street, or closer to the entrance of the Ford Design building.
A couple of SCMM'ers go every Saturday. However, every second Saturday of every month, a bunch of us meet there between 7-7:45AM and park in the back of the display area. We then depart @ 8AM and caravan to our club's 2nd SatofMonth breakfast down in Long Beach. Check out the event: SCMM's NAM Calendar or on SCMM's website. You're welcome to join us.
If the weather stays like it is...you might want to bring a wind jacket to the Cars and Coffee. Oh and don't forget to get one of the C&C decals.
Motor on!
