We had lots of fun, and even a Park ranger stopping to tell us people had called in about a band of cars tearing through there neighborhood. They sent up a police airplane to keep an eye on our speeds. I think this marks a first for SCMM, Air Coverage of the run :smile:

Hey I talked to a pilot friend of mine, For the picnic run or the one after that we might be able to get some of our own air support. Fly a cessna and get some great video and pics of the cars

an arial shot? hmmm, that could be very cool indeed. That's the kind of air support we need, not the ranger/police kind!

actually we got lucky...the only rain that I saw was about 10-15 drops on my windscreen ... the sun eventually popped out later in the afternoon. the wind on the mountain was a bit chilly tho
