I live in SB but just traded my MCS for a Honda Accord. I have a car cover for sale if you are interested. It is the Factory MINI one brand new $100.
I see tons of MINIs in SB these days, about 3 or 4 a day around downtown. PW seems very popular and looks very sharp. Especially with Black stripes.
If you go downtown alot I recommend the installing the front plate. I got three tickest in about 2 months.

OK, so I'll Start Planning a little run.
Ok, so it looks like there are a few people intrested.

Hey Storm, ya still 'round? 
I think I met ya @ the Mobil station on Las Positas Rd/Hwy 101 a while ago when I met up with sbgobig in Feb I think 
. I remember ya have lots of StormTroopers on da dashboard 
We exchanged a few words/compliments then I split 'cuz it was getting dark and it's a long drive home
Come join WCC if ya still motoring!

Update!!!
Looks like a wine tasteing may be in order!
We did a trial run last weekend. Need to have designated driver's however. Any way there are a lot of really cool roads out in Santa Ynez. Good Eats, and a Casino. It would be a great early fall trip. The Crush, when they bring in the grape crop is at that time. Cooler around mid 70's.

hey guys, there isnt a mini club in santa barbara, but there is SBEuroclub.com, we welcome all euro types 
we have drives and meets every 2 weeks. Next one is at MB2 raceway on tuesday. and also in the sears parking lot at 7 every other tuesday. Im drive an audi but ill bring my GF's new mini to the next meet :-)
