Waranty + Mods (Long Beach)

Anyone have any problems with dealerships rejecting your waranty becuase of aftermarket mods? I just got a CAI for my MINI but I'm wondering if I need to take it off and intsll the stock Air Filter before taking my car into the dealer.

Anyone know if Long Beach MINI is mod friendly? at least CAI?

Long beach should not give you any grief over a CAI. If you have a problem with them give me a Pm and I have another dealer for you that can be of service.

Crevier ans mods

I brought my 04 MCs to Crevier to have a rattling exhaust heat shield fixed. Had a CAI and pulley. They replaced a heat shield, loaded v38 software and washed the car. Great service, no hassles.

While my car was still under warranty, LB MINI never gave me any hassles over the K&N under the bonnet.

I have a promini CAI on my Mini, I have had no warranty problems with either Long Beach Mini or Nick Alexander Mini, when I took it in for maintainance.

I have the K&N Typhoon CAI kit and it has the CARB number visible on it. It's legal in Cali.
