Every sunday at the Village Coffee Roaster, there is a Euro-Sunday Meet/Drive. This is usually at 10 in the morning... but if you want to *run* (please note your own limits) around Mulholland, the meet up is usually earlier (like 8-ish). Here's the info:
23351 Mulholland Drive
Woodland Hills, CA
(818)591-2366
It's right beside the 101 in a lil shopping center. You can check http://www.teammightyminiz.com in the forums. Usually before the weekend, someone starts a roll call of who's gonna make it out.
This is also one of the staging grounds for the big socaleuro vs. norcaleuro event in april...

I only know Decker's Canyon, Mulholland, and Angeles Crest Highway. Decker's and Mulholland are close together near Agoura in the Valley. There are supposed to be other places around, but I haven't visited them "yet"
Take Mulholland toward PCH. A few miles before you get to the coast, you'll see Little Sycamore Road on your right (north). Follow that to Yerba Buena (mostly Ventura County).

Also, if you are on PCH and want to enter yerba buena from there, it is next to the Neptunes restaurant. If you were driving on Decker and ends at PCH, make a right and drive a few miles. Look for the restaurant (or the road for that matter) after you pass the Mulholland highway entrance on pch as well.
In regards to your original question: Yes.
And I'm very up to go!
