I am looking for a shop to do a flash on my MC. I am not really looking for performance, but any shop that does the performance tuning will probably work.

I am trying to find a shop that will be able to flash computer to change some voltages for my headlights. I am experiencing same problems as described in this post: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...hlight=flicker , and i'm just trying to get some price quotes before i call the dealer

Also, i would REALLY prefer it to be in the SD area, as i don't want to drive to LA/OC/etc (gas costs too much and i'm a student)
