Brea's Best Saturday

[FONT=Arial,][SIZE=1]First, there was the Gyro 200... then, the Hot Dog 600... this weekend, Desert MINI of Las Vegas and MOTOR: MINIs On The Open Road continue its tradition of motoring long distances for great food. The Hamburger... Brea's Best in Orange County, CA. The round trip mileage... 500. The reason? Cuz we own MINIs and we love a good hamburger.
Here are the specs... we'll meet up at Desert MINI of Las Vegas this Saturday around 4:30 PM, then depart for SoCal around 5 PM. That put's us in to the Brea's Best between 8 and 8:30 PM. We'll be joined by a few of our friends from Irvine MINI and, hopefully, a few locals.
After we fill up on ground beef, perhaps we'll head out to a local pub.
The next day, or later that night, a few of us are headed to San Diego for a little BMW Autocross with the gang from the MININUTS.
As far as accommodations go... it's every man, woman and MINI for themselves. Stay as long as you like. There are no chaperone's.
Okay... now is the time to ask yourself... ''Am I MINI enough to motor 500 miles for a hamburger... just because?'' If the answer is ''yes'', we'll see you Saturday!
